TIM’S PLACE APARTMENT IN THE GRAMPIANS

Tim’s Place Apartment in the Grampians is a self contained apartment with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. It can sleep up to four people. The bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms.

The 2 bedrooms have been recently refurbished and have modern, tubular metal beds, 200mm innerspring mattresses, all linen and towels are supplied. The floors are smooth concrete and have recently been painted.
There is a TV in the second bedroom / living area.

The kitchen is outside the main bedroom under cover on a lovely outdoor timber deck. It offers a kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, hotplates, kettle and toaster. All crockery and cutlery are supplied. Free wiFi, free plunger coffee and tea are also provided. The outdoor deck has a table and chairs and is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing.

There are also many tables and chairs in the garden. These areas are for your use should you decide to have meals at Tim’s Place. There is no inside dining areas.

A table tennis table and 2 bikes are available for the guest’s use. Tim’s Place is centrally located to all the hikes in the Wonderland region of the Grampians National Park. Tim’s Place is 600 metres from the centre of the township of Halls Gap where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. Tim’s Place guests also have the use of a community garden in the park beside the Apartment.

Kangaroos visit the property daily.
