We had a great stay at Tim’s Apartment in the Bush. Tim’s place is close to town and right next to a V/line bus stop with convenient connections to Ballarat and Melbourne. You do not need a car at Tim’s place, everything you need is on-site or in walking or cycling distance. Tim so kindly refunded the outward bus fares to Ballarat for the 3 of us. Thanks Tim, we look forward to our next stay to complete the final leg of the Grampians Peak Trail.

We found Tim’s apartment very well and thoughtfully appointed. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious considering the price. Tim was a responsive and helpful host, and very friendly. We would love to stay here again for a future trip to the Grampians.

We were so impressed with Tim’ s Place, it was so close to everything. The apartment was more than we expected when we got there. Tim was a great host. We will be staying here whenever we are coming to the Grampians. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Tim’s place. The place is located in the centre of Halls Gap with various amenities and beautiful sceneries within walking distance. The accommodation had everything we needed and we had a blast using the table tennis and the fire pit onsite. Tim is a super friendly & helpful person and made us feel right at home. Thank you Tim!

It’s a great place located in the centre of Halls gap. There’s a huge lawn behind the accommodation where you can enjoy with lot of kangaroos. Tim is super friendly & helpful person. We checked in late at night, he was still there to welcome and assist us.

He met us as we arrived, showed us around and was super friendly and courteous.
As we were checking out, Tim gave us the local insights on where was good for waterfall hikes and such.
Wonderful trip and a fabulous host! Worth every cent and keen to come back and visit

Lovely stay at Tim’s. Perfect base for exploring the Grampians. It was lovely experiencing the surrounding birds and wildlife. Thank you Tim for the comfy and clean bedding and spotless bathrooms.

Tim’s Place is a must stay for Halls Gap. Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need with beautiful surroundings. You can walk to restaurants (and the brewery!) I will recommend Tim’s place to all my friends and if I go back to Halls Gap I will definitely be checking Tim’s Place first!
